This is such a broad theme this week! I wasn't even going to enter, but I was looking through some photos and I immediately remembered this shot. I was taking some photos of Emmerson's whole family and she got wandered over to a grassy section and picked up this dandelion. I love when children explore the world around them. It never snows in Texas! However, the weather cooperated just in time for challenge...hooray! Sydney is always the perfect model, and this was certainly no exception. I always hate being cold, but this hood seems to make me want to bundle up and run out in the snow! Maybe next week they could make a challenge for bright and sunny photos and the weather would cooperate again? For more chilling photos head on over to I heart faces!

My husband comes from a family of SIX boys. Yup, six boys in 9 years. How I would love to go back in time and be a fly on the wall when they were growing up! Five of them are married and the last one is getting married in March. They asked me to do their engagement photos and I jumped at the chance- my new sister in law is seriously photogenic. They were both completely natural and the whole shoot was one of my favorites to date. They are so in love and it shows from all the photos. This photo though I captured at a moment that they weren't prepared for, we were laughing at something. I love her amazing smile and his subtle smile...one of my favorite pictures, ever! Oh how we've missed you I Heart Faces! We've been so busy with photo sessions that we have neglected you a tad...but we are back! Seniors are so fun to photograph, especially when we don't even need to tell them how to pose. Ms. Shelbi was has been one of our favorites to date, she is SO photogenic. When we took this photo we knew it would be magic, the sun, the coloring, the bokeh...a photographer's dream! To check out more favorite faces head on over to I Heart Faces!
